This message means that you are trying to import either a field or transaction type that is not included in your current QuickBooks Online subscription.

QuickBooks Online has four subscription levels: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. To find out what features are available with each subscription level, reference a comparison of the subscription levels HERE.

COMMON IMPORTS WITH THIS MESSAGE

• Bills and Bill Payments:  As a workaround, you can import Checks. If you need Bills and Bill Payments, you will need to upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription to Essentials or Plus.

• Class and Location:  If you need access to these fields, you will need to upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription to Plus.
