How to Register 32 Bit DLL in Windows XP 32 Bit OS
 

1. Open the Start Menu and click Run. If the Run command is not visible, enable this feature by customizing the start menu. To customize the start menu, right click on the Start menu, select Properties. then choose Customize. Enable the run command. 
2. Type the following command and click OK (substitute with the DLL file name that needs to be registered) regsvr32 coreobjx64launcherv8.dll

How to Register 32 Bit DLL in Vista 32, Windows 7, Windows 10 or Windows 11 32 Bit OS
 

1. Open the Start Menu
2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type cmd 
3. Right click on cmd (at top) and select Run as Administrator
4. Click on Continue in the UAC prompt
5. Type the following command and click OK (substitute with the DLL file name that needs to be registered) regsvr32 coreobjx64launcherv8.dll

How to Register 32 Bit DLL in Vista 64, Windows 7, Windows 10 or Windows 11 64 Bit OS 
 
Make sure the DLL is copied to c:\windows\syswow64 folder before starting this procedure
 

1. Open the Start Menu
2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type cmd
