RESOLUTION

Transactions currently supported include:

  • Credit Card Credits
  • Credit Memos
  • Deposits
  • Estimates
  • Invoices
  • Journal Entries
  • Purchase Orders

  • Time Activities
  • Transfers
  • Vendor Credits

Lists currently supported include:

  • Classes
  • Customers
  • Employees
  • Items
  • Locations
  • Vendors

Once signed into Transaction Pro, select the EXPORT button to launch Exporter.

Select an EXPORT TYPE and the DATE TYPE that to use to filter the data.

Date types include Transaction (Txn) Date, Create Time, Last Update Time, or Due Date.

In this example, Invoices are selected with a Transaction Date of January 1-31.

If the export needs to be customized, select the EXPORT OPTIONS button and specify the following:

  • QUICKBOOKS ONLINE FIELD:  Check the boxes next to the QuickBooks Online fields that need to be included in the exported file.
  • FIELD LABEL:  The names of the data columns can be changed, if needed.
  • DEFAULT VALUE:  A value to be repeated on every line of the export can be indicated.
  • ORDER:  The order that the columns are to be exported may be selected.

Be sure to select the SAVE EXPORT OPTIONS button once all the selections have been made.

Select the PREVIEW button.

On the Data Preview tab, a small subset of the actual data to be exported will be displayed. If everything looks correct, select the EXPORT DATA button at the bottom-right.

Exporter will be re-directed to the MY EXPORT tab. Select the REFRESH button next to the Export until it shows COMPLETED and select the download link to download the export.
