ISSUE

When a Vendor or Customer name already exists, Rightworks Transaction Pro Importer creates a new name in QuickBooks Online.

RESOLUTION

Importer does a match based upon what is in the Display Name field in the Vendor or Customer setup in QuickBooks Online. Make sure the values in the import file matches QuickBooks Online exactly (spelling, space, capitalization, and punctuation).
