On October 18, we announced our corporate rebranding and platform launch to offer the only intelligent cloud purpose-built for accounting firms and professionals. The new Rightworks brand unifies accounting profession staples Right Networks, Rootworks and Transaction Pro. Rightworks combines best-in-class technology, thought leadership and community engagement tools to create a unique offering that enables accounting firms and professionals to build modern, sustainable, and profitable businesses.   

  

The following FAQs have been created to help guide you through the process as we transition to our new brand.  

  

What is different now that Transaction Pro is Rightworks Transaction Pro?    

  • We are relocating to a new website. On October 18, our current website (transactionpro.com) will be redirected to our new home at rightworks.com.  

  • Even though our name and website are changing, the familiar functionalities and login process will remain the same. You’ll just notice a fresh new look as you continue using our product without any interruption.  

  • If you have any questions, visit our new support portal at https://tprosupport.rightworks.com/home/ or feel free to contact our dedicated support team at [email protected]. We are here to help!  

  

Where can I locate the resources and guides for Rightworks Transaction Pro?

Will the rebrand affect my pricing?   

The rebrand will have no impact on your pricing.

There will be no changes in features or functionality as a result of the rebrand.  

  

Do I need to create a new account or go through a different login process after the rebrand?

What is different now that Transaction Pro is Rightworks Transaction Pro?    

  • We are relocating to a new website. On October 18, our current website (transactionpro.com) will be redirected to our new home at rightworks.com.  

  • Even though our name and website are changing, the familiar functionalities and login process you are accustomed to will remain the same. The only difference you'll notice is fresh new look! To see the changes we've made, all you need to do is install the rebranded desktop application.   

  

How can I see the changes made in the rebranded desktop application?  

To see the changes we've made, please follow these steps to install the rebranded desktop application:   

  • Double-click on the Rightworks Transaction Pro installer to run it, and then follow the prompts to install.  

  • After the installation is finished, launch the application and use your V8 activation credentials to log in.  

  

Do I need to reconfigure the settings or make any additional changes after reinstalling the desktop application?  

No, your previous settings and preferences will be retained, and you can immediately start using the rebranded version of the application.  

  

Will there be any changes to the product's functionality or features?  

There are no changes in features or functionality as a result of the rebrand.  

  

Do I need to create a new account or go through a different login process after the rebrand?  

No, you can continue using the same account credentials and login process as before.
