ISSUE

The ability to import discounts and shipping for Sales Receipts and Invoices from Amazon sales is needed.

RESOLUTION

In Rightworks Transaction Pro Importer under OPTIONS on the E-COMMERCE tab, select the the e-Commerce option, which will add these additional fields to the mapping screen.

ISSUE

Amazon's order report has multiple Items ordered by the same Customer on separate rows with the same reference number. However, it is only including sales tax, promotional discounts, and shipping from the last row and excluding the other rows.

RESOLUTION

In Transaction Pro Importer Importer under OPTIONS on the E-COMMERCE tab, select the option that your Items are in rows.
