How can PayPal transaction fees be imported?

RESOLUTION

The download file from PayPal lists the gross amount and PayPal fees on a single line. However, in Rightworks Transaction Pro Importer, only one item can be mapped per line.

The workaround is to import the Gross Amount as a Product/Service and then use the SHIPITEM and SHIPAMOUNT fields for PayPal fees. This workaround also applies to any sales transaction with two items on the same line.
