"Employees QuickBooks: The integrated application has no permission to access personal data."

 

RESOLUTION

 

The Integrated Application settings in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) need to be updated for Transaction Pro Importer.

 

To update the Integrated Application Settings, follow the steps below:

 

  • The Admin user for the QB company file needs to log into QB and change to Single User mode.

  • Click on the EDIT menu in the upper left-hand corner of QB and select PREFERENCES.

 

 

 

  • Click on INTEGRATED APPLICATIONS from the list and select the COMPANY PREFERENCES tab.

  • Select the application name BAYSTATE CONSULTING and select the PROPERTIES button to the right of the name.

 

 

 

  • Select the checkbox next to ALLOW THIS APPLICATION TO ACCESS SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, AND OTHER PERSONAL DATA.

  • Click OK

 

 

  • Restart Importer and try the import again.
